Paying for Spectral Satisfaction

November 29th, 2007

Ghost hunting can be a serious business for those who are truly involved in it. I haven’t seen any of the truly dedicated ones that would let anything stop them from getting where they need to go to find what they are looking for. I have even known a couple that were so determined, they took out homeowner loans to finance an overseas trip. Now, THAT is dedication. I have known even more that were willing to take out smaller, unsecured loans for in-country escapades. Personally, I think it’s a bad idea to go into debt to go ghost hunting, but then, I am fairly fortunate. The state I live in provides plenty of ghostly legends to be investigated, and I don’t have to go globe trotting to find satisfaction, Loan to finance ghost hunting just aren’t my way to go.

So, tell me. How do YOU guys finance YOUR ghost hunting?

My Horrid Garage Floors

November 16th, 2007

I have been asked to talk about my garage floors. I am actually almost embarrassed to do that. After many years of my father using the garage as a workshop, both for woodworking and cars, coupled with the age of the house, our garage floor look rather shameful. Lots of cracks, lots of old oil stains. There, I hope you are satisfied. I have sincerely embarrassed myself.
